We do the following:
Chemicals added weekly as needed.
Monthly testing of special chemicals such as stabilizer,
alkalinity and calcium (special chemicals not included).
Water chemistry is maintained in accordance
with a national association of pool & spa professionals.
All required standard chemicals and labor are included
in this package. Bicarbonate, stabilizer and salt not included.

Severe inclement weather, other acts of nature or vandalism that cause an excessive accumulation of dirty and required extra labor and materials are not considered normal circumstances.
